Two complementary operations.
江美包装成立于 2007 年，总部位于浙江省湖州市长兴县。江美包装与江美控股共同组成江美的业务体系，分别承担办公物流与生产职能，为工业客户提供包装产品与服务。Founded in 2007, Jiangmei is based in Changxing, Huzhou, Zhejiang. Jiangmei Packaging and Jiangmei Holdings operate as one business, with dedicated facilities for office and logistics functions and for manufacturing.

FFS IN USE
FFS 客户包装流程：
制袋、灌装与封口。Customer-side FFS packing:
form, fill and seal.
膜卷装入配套的 FFS 包装设备，连续完成制袋、灌装与封口。根据物料和设备条件，关注走膜、热封及成品袋的堆码表现。Film rolls are loaded onto a compatible FFS line for continuous forming, filling and sealing. Film feeding, heat sealing and filled-sack stacking are considered alongside the material and equipment requirements.

制袋Form
膜卷送入设备，形成所需袋型。Film feeds into the machine to form the required sack.

灌装Fill
按包装要求，将物料装入袋内。The product is filled into the sack to the packing requirements.

封口Seal
完成热封，衔接输送与堆码。The sack is heat-sealed for onward conveying and stacking.

从材料配方到收卷检验，围绕客户物料、灌装设备及储运要求，控制每一道工序。江美交付侧褶筒膜卷，与客户的自动成袋、灌装及封口流程衔接。From formulation to winding and inspection, each stage addresses the material, filling equipment and storage and transport requirements. Jiangmei supplies side-gusseted tubular film rolls for the customer’s automatic form-fill-seal process.

多台挤出机协同熔融塑化，形成均匀熔体。Multiple extruders melt and plasticize the materials to form uniform melt streams.

吹胀冷却Film blowing & cooling
熔体经环形模头形成膜泡，通过内外冷却稳定定型。Form a film bubble through an annular die and stabilize it with internal and external cooling.

牵引测厚Haul-off & gauge control
通过牵引与在线测厚反馈，控制膜宽、厚度和均匀性。Control film width, thickness and uniformity through haul-off and online thickness feedback.

印刷处理Surface treatment & printing
按需求进行电晕处理及柔版印刷，控制套色与光标位置。Apply corona treatment and flexographic printing as required, controlling colour registration and eye-mark position.

侧折压花Gusseting & embossing
形成侧褶结构，通过压花改善防滑表现，并按需设计排气。Form side gussets, emboss for slip resistance and incorporate venting where required.

收卷检验Winding & quality checks
以自动张力控制收卷，完成性能检测并保留批次追溯记录。Wind under automatic tension control, check film performance and retain batch traceability records.
江美交付：侧褶筒膜卷。客户产线接续完成成袋、灌装、封口、检测与码垛。Jiangmei delivers side-gusseted tubular film rolls.The customer’s line then forms, fills, seals, inspects and palletizes the bags.

BLOWN FILM PROCESS
吹膜生产工艺Blown film production
根据包装需求配置原料，通过共挤吹膜形成膜材并收卷，再按产品要求进行印刷或制袋。图示展示吹膜产线的基本结构。Materials are selected for the packaging application, coextruded into film and wound into rolls. Printing or sack conversion follows where required. The illustration shows the basic layout of a blown film line.
